Appetizer Package: $24.00 per guest (plus 20% service charge), minimum 100 guests.

1. Charcuterie Board
An assortment featuring Italian bread triangles, parmesan toast rounds, crackers, cheeseball, pesto, salami, smoked sausage, Spanish olives, Kalamata olives, cherry tomato mozzarella salad, smoked cheddar, pepper jack, parmesan, and grapes.

2. Pita wedges baked with Parmesan and Romano cheeses, served with red pepper hummus made from garbanzo beans, olive oil, and seasonings

3. Vegetable display with dip: celery, baby carrots, broccoli, green onion, cherry tomatoes, cauliflower, cucumber, radishes. Dip with mayonnaise, buttermilk, pesto, and seasoning

4. Southwest Chicken Dip served with corn chips: marinated chicken, cream, cream cheese, roasted red pepper, garlic, and a blend of seasonings.

5. Swedish meatballs 3 per guest: meatballs made with beef and pork in a creamy mushroom sauce.

Includes: 6-inch disposable plates, forks, napkins and staffing.
I recommend offering two displays during the appetizer hour to ensure guests have plenty to enjoy and eat.

Fresh fruit display: watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple, grapes, oranges, berries.

Pita wedges baked with Parmesan and Romano cheeses, served with red pepper hummus made from garbanzo beans, olive oil, and seasonings.

Spinach artichoke olive dip, made with sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, spinach, artichokes, olives, seasonings, and a light beef reduction, served with large pieces of baked caraway rye bread.

BBQ Meatballs (Three per guest) : Beef and pork meatballs, prepared with a robust blend of spices, served alongside our signature barbecue sauce.

Bourbon Meatballs (Three per guest) : A combination of beef and pork meatballs, expertly prepared with a bold seasoning blend and served with a bourbon barbecue sauce.

Italian meatballs (3 per guest): Beef and pork meatballs with Italian spices, served in marinara sauce and topped with Parmesan, Romano, and mozzarella.

Swedish Meatballs (three per guest): A blend of beef and pork meatballs served in a rich, creamy mushroom sauce.

Jerk chicken skewers (two per guest), marinated in our jerk seasoning and served with bean veggie dip.

Teriyaki chicken skewers with peanut sauce (two per guest): Marinated chicken served with our signature peanut sauce.

Chicken drumsticks (two per guest): seasoned and served with house-made ranch dressing.

Spicy chicken drumsticks (two per guest): coated in a red, buttery, spicy seasoning blend and served with house-made blue cheese dressing.

Cheese garlic bread and Italian bread triangles with homemade basil pesto are our signature recipes.

Hot artichoke and spinach dip featuring cream cheese, artichokes, and spinach, accompanied by pita wedges baked with Parmesan and Romano cheeses.

Beer cheese sauce served with pretzels: This sauce is crafted from a harmonious blend of cream, butter, cheddar cheese, beer, select seasonings, and a hint of chicken drippings. Accompanied by baked and salted pretzels.
