Pricing is based on all guests having the same salad, vegetable, potato, and choice of two main entrees. Service includes: Sourdough dinner roll, cracked wheat rolls & slice baguettes served in a basket at each table.

Add pesto for bread basket for additional $1.00 per guest

Services provided for full service events
I will personally meet with you to discuss any layout and setup preparations.
Once the menu selection is confirmed you will receive a very detailed confirmation letter about your event. Such as arrival time of guests, timing on when you would like your bar open, what time you would like dinner served, toasts, and serving of cake or dessert table

Chef’s Pride Catering provides:

  • Linen table clothes linen napkins
  • Silverware includes dinner forks, salad forks, dessert forks, spoons, and knifes
  • Water glasses, wine glasses, champagne glasses, coffee cups
  • Appetizer plates, salad plates, dinner plate, dessert plate
  • 9oz clear plastic cups 16oz clear plastic cups
  • Containers for beer & wine liquor spouts bar towels
  • Professionally trained wait-staff & bartenders
  • We strongly suggest letting us handle you ice needs
  • Serving cake or dessert table setup
  • Coffee Station
  • Containers for wine punch if interested
  • Insurance for serving your alcohol
  • Trash removal

Client responsible

    • All required tables and chair setup
    • delivery of all alcohol including beer taps, beverages and pop mixes
    • Center pieces, flower arraignments, guest favors must be fully assembled
    • Any extra fees for the use of the kitchen
    • Catering tent for staging & clearing we require 20×20 tent with 2 side curtains it usually is cheaper to order threw tent company
    • If a tent is needed please add $350.00 to event

Please note that if you would like to have two staffed bars there will be an additional $300.00 charge for the evening.

Pricing is based on events being held in Traverse City with event time beginning 4:00 pm an ending time of 11:00 pm.

Price $54.00 per guest with a minimum guarantee of 50 guests.

If you are interested in securing your event a $400.00 Non Refundable Deposit will be required in order to secure the date. Final guest count and payment in full are due 14 days prior to the event.
