When adding appetizers to a Buffet or Plated meal Appetizers prices start at $4.00 per guest for Two Displays or $6.00 per guest for three displays.

Appetizer Parties have a base price of $10.00 per guest and includes these three displays

The following displays can be added to the buffet, plated meals, or appetizer parties:

Each of the following displays will be $2.00 per guest

  • Corn chips and salsa
  • Pita wedges with red pepper hummus
  • Rye bread bowl with spinach artichoke olive filling

Each of the following displays will be $2.50 per guest

  • Hot artichoke and spinach dip served with toasted pita wedges
  • Hot crab dip and cracker
  • Watermelon basket display

Each of the following displays will be $3.00 per guest

  • Cheese garlic bread and greek bread with pesto
  • Smoked whitefish dip with crackers

Antipasto Platter per guest $4.00 includes the following:
Genoa salami, pepperoni, fresh mozzarella, smoked cheddar, marinated artichoke hearts
black and green kalamata olives, roasted red pepper, pepperoncini, sliced tomato, toasted pita wedges

Each of the following displays will be $5.00 per guest
Baked Brie served in chafing dish with crackers

  • Raspberry almond
  • Smoked whitefish
  • Sun-dried tomatoes peppers and olives

  • Artichoke and spinach canapés
  • Hazelnut, fruit phyllo purses
  • Sausage and cheese roll puffs

  • White fish mousse canapés

Appetizers served on silver trays prices are based on 50 identical pieces $85.00

  • Asparagus crepes
  • Crostini with sun dried tomato prosciutto ham
  • Mango chutney quesadillas
  • Phyllo triangle filled with chicken and walnuts
  • Seasoned garlic shrimp
  • Shrimp and feta purses
  • Smoked turkey and mushrooms wrapped in phyllo

Food Table Price $12.00 per guest and includes the following:
Smoked gouda, double cream brie, dill havarti, colby, swiss, aged cheddar, pepper jack
cheese ball and assorted crackers
Fruits to be supplied whole: green grapes, red grapes, plums, red and golden apples
Fruits to be cut and blended: cantaloupe and honeydew
Celery and carrot sticks placed in pepper rings
Spinach and artichoke dip served in bread round
Creamy pesto dip served in carved cabbage
Bruschetta
Green and black olives

Tuscan Feast Table Price 15.50 per guest and includes the following: Balsamic vinegar, black and green kalamata olives, Bread display: baguettes, bread sticks, focaccia bread, and epi bread, carved parmesan wheel, olive oil, pesto, prosciutto ham and cantaloupe on frilled picks red wine vinegar, roma tomatoes with fresh mozzarella

Appetizer tables include white linen, appropriate paper goods, set-up and clean-up of appetizer area.

Appetizers menus have a starting price of $9.00 per guest and a guarantee of 100 guests. They are subject to 18% gratuity and 6% sales tax.

If you are interested in securing your event a $400.00 Non Refundable Deposit will be required in order to secure the date. Final guest count and payment in full are due 14 days prior to the event.
