If you would like to secure your catering event a deposit and a signed contract will be necessary.
Once you decided on a menu and the details of you event a conformation letter will be sent to you for approval.
I do not offer tasting because I personally cook every meal that leaves my kitchen. If I had to produce any more food it would take additional staffing therefore I would not be producing every meal leaving my kitchen.
Accurate guest counts are essential or you will run out of food at your event.
Personal checks and cash are accepted, no credit cards please. An exception to this is if your event is at Ciccone Vineyard, they process credit cards.
We do not offer Children discount pricing, if you would like a children’s menu offered at your event it will be subject to additional charges.
I am very willing to work with my clients on any type of foods they wish to have at their events.
